We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Carpenter to join our growing local team, delivering high‑quality building maintenance and repair work across residential, commercial and insurance projects.
This is a stable, locally based role that lets you work close to home, stay connected to family, and be part of a collaborative team — not FIFO, not remote, and not just another number. - Complete make‑safe and emergency maintenance works as required
- Repair and install doors, windows, fixtures and fittings
- Perform decking, patio, stair, landing and framework repairs
- Undertake plasterboard, ceiling and wall patching and minor painting
- Complete flooring, skirting, paving repairs and minor tiling works
- Assist with minor roof plumbing and gutter installation/replacement
- Accurately record time, materials and job details using digital job cards
- Work directly with customers, office and scheduling teams to ensure clear communication
- Maintain clean, safe and well‑presented work sites
- Support apprentices and contribute positively to team culture

- A motivated tradesperson with a can‑do, solution‑focused attitude
- Someone who values safety, professionalism and customer service
- Reliable, punctual and respectful with customers and teammates
- Comfortable working across a variety of maintenance tasks and environments
- A carpenter who wants local, consistent work rather than FIFO or long swings away from home
- Someone who takes pride in leaving sites clean, safe and better than found
Why Join APG Plus

- Steady, long‑term employment with a growing South Australian business
- Supportive leadership and strong team culture
- Varied work — no two days the same
- Modern systems and technology to support your role
